Emily graduated Cum Laude from Auburn University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design, specializing in Kitchens and Bathrooms, with a Minor in Business. Through great dedication and perseverance, Emily has attained her CKD, the certification in kitchen design.
Emily enjoys her job immensely. She loves all aspects of her work from client interaction to design and construction details. She was promoted to Vice President of Schuon Kitchens & Baths after only 5 1/2 years’ experience.
Innate ability and continued partnership with 30-year veteran and owner, Hans Schuon, CKD, have provided her with an unmatched skill set for great design work. Her associates are extremely proud of her accomplishments and consider Emily a compelling reason to choose Schuon Kitchens & Baths.
Additional accomplishments include:
- Board member of the GA Chapter of International Furnishings and Design Association in 2006, 2007 and 2008
- On judging panel of Atlanta Homes & Lifestyle Kitchen of the Year contest
- Participant in the Jr. League of Atlanta Tour of Kitchens in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009
- Designed and implemented kitchen and 8 baths remodeling project at cost plus $1500 contribution to Wellspring Living’s new Duluth location
